And came about during lockdown.
Aware that mental health was suffering because of the situation, Dr Wiggle inspired and pointed people towards good mental health. At the same time, he makes everybody laugh.

Docter Wiggle is an interactive character who loves to entertain.
People always notice him because he comes with his own theme song, which pumps from a speaker and his appearance is very distinctive. Never a dull moment when Dr Wiggle is around!
